MARCH FOR LIFE
The 2024 March for Life is over, but the work for unborn children continues at Right to Life. We take a moment to take a deep breath and start planning next year's march. If you would like to be involved in organising the march, please send an email to: oikeuselamaanry@gmail.com

WHAT
The March for Life event has been running since 2021. It has been organised by the Catholic Church's For Life groups in Jyväskylä and Kouvola.
In 2024, the march will be organised by the Right to Life Association. Preparations are in full swing, as the march will take place right at the beginning of September.
WHERE AND WHEN?
We will meet on Sunday 1.9.2024 at 13:30 at the Senate Square in Helsinki, at the foot of the Tuomiokirko steps. The march will start at 14:00 towards the Eduskuntalo. At 15:00 the programme starts on the steps of the Parliament House. There will be speeches and musical performances. The programme will end at 17:00 at the latest.

WHO?
The march is open to everyone who wants to defend the lives of unborn children. If you wish, you can bring along pro-life banners and posters. No other symbols may be worn at the march.

OUR AIMS?
Our aim is to make the march an annual tradition. The march aims to increase the social debate on the painful reality of abortion, which affects so many Finns, but which is still not much discussed. We want to defend life from conception and be a reminder that every human life is a unique gift. Together we can make the future brighter!
WHY?
In Finland, a school classroom's worth of children are aborted every day. They are helpless and innocent. The EU Parliament has declared abortion to be a human right and increasingly it is being spoken of as such in the public arena. So the need to defend unborn children is greater than ever!
